The controller for the personal data collected through this website is Kliniqo, based in Valencia, Spain, within the Kliniqo ecosystem of products (kliniqo.es).

2. Scope
This policy applies to data provided while browsing the Kliniqo Dent commercial landing page and when submitting its demo access request form. It does not cover processing within the Kliniqo Dent application.
3. Data we collect and purposes
Through the demo request form we collect only the data the user voluntarily provides:

This landing page does not request clinical or patient data. Do not include such information in the message field.
4. Request record and email notification
The request is recorded in Supabase, the landing page's database. Resend then processes an email notification to info@kliniqo.es, through Lovable's integration. The visitor's email address is used as the reply address so the team can respond to the request.
If the email provider does not accept the notification, the landing page explains that the request remains recorded and allows the notification to be retried without creating a new request.
5. Retention
Data will be kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Once handled, it will be blocked for any applicable statutory limitation periods and, once those have elapsed, securely deleted.
6. Providers and recipients
Data are not sold or disclosed for advertising purposes. Operating the form involves Supabase, which stores the request record, and Resend, which delivers the email notification through Lovable's integration. Both act as data processors and only access the data to the extent necessary to provide their service.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by emailing soporte@kliniqo.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
